Binh Thuan cadres, civil servants and public employees will receive their July salary before the merger of provinces
Binh Thuan will pay the July salary in advance to cadres, civil servants, and public employees in June.
On June 18, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province announced that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had directed the implementation of payment in advance of July 2025 salary to cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in June.
This is to ensure rights and avoid payment interruptions when the new provincial-level administrative unit operates from July 1, 2025.
Accordingly, provincial agencies, units and affiliated units are responsible for paying salaries, allowances, contributions according to salaries and expenses with salary nature for July 2025 before June 23, 2025. The payment must ensure the correct purpose, the right subject, the correct regime and make payments and settlements according to regulations.
In case of changes compared to reality, heads of agencies and units must recover and repay the State budget in accordance with regulations.
The Department of Finance coordinates with the State Treasury of the XV Region and agencies and units in the province to implement quick and compulsory payments.
