Union meal worth 51,000 VND for nearly 17,000 workers in Tay Ninh

On July 31, at ChingLuh Vietnam Shoes Company Limited (Ben Luc Commune, Tay Ninh Province), the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize a "Union Meal" for nearly 17,000 union members and workers.

Each meal is worth 51,000 VND, of which 30,000 VND is supported by the company's grassroots union and 21,000 VND from the enterprise. The nutritious, well-prepared meals are not only a matter of material concern but also clearly demonstrate the spirit of solidarity and companionship between trade unions, enterprises and workers. At the meal, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented 70 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND.

Attending the program were Mr. Duong Dai Loc - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee; representatives of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, the Department of Home Affairs and the Company's Board of Directors.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Duong Dai Loc emphasized: Union Meal is not simply a meal, but an opportunity for us to show concern, share, and be a place of connection between the union organization and the workers. This is a meaningful activity, contributing to practical care for union members, workers, and those who are working hard day and night to contribute to the development of businesses and the province.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged the efforts to overcome difficulties of union members and workers in the context of many economic and organizational challenges. At the same time, he praised the responsibility of the company's Board of Directors and the grassroots Trade Union in effectively organizing caring activities.

On this occasion, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor suggested that grassroots unions continue to promote their representative role, organize more practical activities in the coming time such as: the "Tet Sum Vay" program, welfare packages for union members, taking care of Binh Ngo 2026 Lunar New Year, ... so that each worker can always feel the support of the trade union organization.
