Union Meal to honor nearly 35,000 workers in Dong Nai
Dong Nai - TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company organized a Union Meal for nearly 35,000 workers, each meal worth 50,000 VND.
On August 19, the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward) coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize a Trade Union Meal for nearly 35,000 employees.
This is an activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung - Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) and representatives of the Department of Home Affairs and union officials attended the Union Meal with nearly 35,000 employees of the whole company.
The Union meal is for all 35,000 workers, each meal is worth 50,000 VND, including dishes such as fried chicken thighs, pork ribs, vegetables, egg soup, cakes and bird's nest water.
In addition to the Union Meal program, the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company also organizes activities such as: Giving gifts to all union members and workers each with a bottle of 2-liter cooking oil and 4 cups of milk; Giving difficult support to 10 union members in difficult circumstances, worth 10 million VND/meal; Giving support to 40 union members with relatives with serious illnesses, each worth 3 million VND;
Awarded 100 scholarships to union members' children who overcome difficulties to rise up, each worth 1 million VND; lucky draw with 1,000 prizes is voucher 200,000 VND/tournament.
In particular, the Labor Union Members' Heart Connection and Support Fund will support 4 union members with serious illnesses, worth over 70 million VND/case.
Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc - Chairman of the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company said that the Trade Union Meal and the above activities are a deep gratitude of the Trade Union and the Board of Directors of the Company for 35,000 TKG TaeKwang Vina employees.
