Hung Yen General Hospital organizes employee conference
Hung Yen - On March 12 and 13, at the 4th floor hall, Hung Yen Provincial General Hospital, the 2026 Conference of Officials and Employees was held.
At the conference, many important contents were presented and discussed. In which, delegates focused on evaluating the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the Conference of Civil Servants in 2025, and at the same time proposed directions and solutions to implement tasks in 2026.
The conference also listened to a report on reviewing the implementation of resolutions and guidelines of the Party, and policies and laws of the State related to the functions and tasks of the unit.
In addition, the conference reported on the results of emulation movements in 2025, launched the emulation movement in 2026 and organized the signing of emulation agreements between the government and the Trade Union. The conference also elected the 2026 Agency Council consisting of 16 typical members, who were trusted by delegates through voting.
In addition, delegates listened to a summary report of opinions contributed to the draft regulations, financial disclosure; report on the operating results of the People's Inspection Committee in 2025, and at the same time elected the People's Inspection Committee for the 2026-2027 term and proposed operating directions in the coming time.
The conference also recorded many constructive presentations, proposing hospital development solutions such as developing new technical services; innovating service style and attitude towards patient satisfaction; improving the lives of civil servants and employees.
Speaking at the conference summary, Mr. Do Chi Phong - Director of Hung Yen Provincial General Hospital acknowledged and praised the spirit of responsibility and solidarity of all officials and employees in the past time.
He emphasized that in 2026, the hospital will continue to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment; develop specialized techniques; improve service quality and build a professional and friendly hospital environment, aiming for patient satisfaction.
