Closing ceremony of the first State Bank Region 4 Pickleball Tournament

After nearly two days of exciting competition with the spirit of solidarity, honesty and nobility, on September 7, the Closing Ceremony and Award Ceremony of the first State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Pickleball Tournament, Region 4 Branch in 2025, took place and left many beautiful impressions.

Attending the closing ceremony were Mr. Dao Minh Tu - Permanent Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Chairman of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union; Ms. Nguyen Khanh Chi, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union... along with leaders of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 4 branch and representatives of credit institutions, banks, and insurance companies in the area.

The tournament gathered 228 athletes from 7 clusters and 69 units, competing in 9 events. The athletes have contributed many exciting matches, demonstrating a persistent training spirit and determination to conquer high achievements.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tung, Deputy Director of the SBV Branch of Region 4, emphasized that the tournament not only brings joy of victory but more importantly, the spirit of solidarity, sharing, and working towards the common goal of the entire banking industry.

Sharing at the closing ceremony, Permanent Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Chairman of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union Dao Minh Tu acknowledged that Area 4 has a very large operating area, including many provinces and cities with different economic and cultural characteristics.

The branches here operate in diverse conditions, with their own advantages and difficulties. Therefore, the spirit of solidarity and cohesion between units becomes more important than ever. With a sports tournament like this, it is a great bridge for us to get closer together, share, learn together and create synthetic strength.

According to Mr. Dao Minh Tu - Permanent Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Chairman of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union, this tournament has created a playground for people to exchange, connect, overcome geographical barriers and distances. The team spirit and mutual support on the field is also the spirit that we need to promote in our daily work.

Mr. Dao Minh Tu also expressed his confidence that with the spirit of solidarity spread from the tournament, the entire State Bank system, Region 4 branch will successfully complete the task in the coming time.
