Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Tham is Chairwoman of the Ho Tram Commune Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh City

On October 24, the Ho Tram Commune Trade Union (HCMC) successfully organized the 1st Commune Trade Union Delegation Conference, term 2025-2030, with the action slogan "Building a Trade Union organization in the direction of Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".

The conference was attended by guest delegates representing the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation; leaders of Ho Tram commune and 75 official delegates representing more than 5,873 union members in the area.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ho Tram Commune Trade Union has identified the targets to strive for, the main and specific tasks and solutions for implementation in the coming time. At the same time, set a general goal of performing well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, workers and civil servants; building harmonious labor relations; actively caring for workers' lives; promoting production emulation movements; contributing to building Ho Tram commune to develop more and more.

The conference also announced decisions on personnel, launching the Executive Committee of the Commune Trade Union consisting of 10 comrades; in which Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Tham will be the Chairwoman of the Ho Tram Commune Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030.
