Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien becomes Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Trading Company No. 1 - Doan Luyen

On December 1, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) announced that the grassroots union of Trading Company No. 1 - Doan Luyen organized the 6th Congress of Delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term, with the participation and direction of representatives of the Nam Dong Ha Ward Union and the company's leaders.

During the 2023 - 2025 term, the grassroots Trade Union has effectively implemented activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers; promoted emulation movements with many initiatives that bring benefits to businesses; effectively implemented propaganda, education and development of union members and party members.

Many social, humanitarian and charity activities have been actively participated by the unit, contributing to building an increasingly strong trade union organization.

Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, with the motto "Innovation, solidarity, democracy, discipline, development", the Trade Union of Trading Company No. 1 continues to innovate the content and methods of operation; improve the quality of the trade union staff; focus on protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; closely follow the leadership of the Party Cell and the direction of the superior Trade Union.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades. At the first Executive Committee Conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien, Head of the Petroleum Store, was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union; and elected 3 comrades to the Inspection Committee.

At the Congress, delegates responded to the campaign program "Quang Tri Compassion towards the People of the Central and Central Highlands", demonstrating the spirit of sharing and community responsibility of union members and workers of the unit.
