What responsibilities must employers fulfill when employing underage workers?

Pursuant to Article 12 of Circular 09/2020/TT-BLDTBXH, the responsibilities of employers include:

- Establish a book to monitor the situation of underage labor use according to Form No. 06 in Appendix I issued with Circular 09/2020/TT-BLDTBXH and regularly update information in the monitoring book.
