Deadline for settlement when changing pension receiving place

Article 82 of the Law on Social Insurance 2024 stipulates changes in the form of receiving and receiving monthly pensions and social insurance benefits as follows:
1. People who are receiving monthly pension and social insurance benefits and wish to change the receipt form or change the receiving place due to a change of residence in the country must have a document sent to the social insurance agency where the payment is being made.
2. Within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the document specified in Clause 1 of this Article, the social insurance agency is responsible for resolving the issue; in case of failure to resolve the issue, it must respond in writing and state the reason.
Thus, within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the document changing the pension receiving place, the social insurance agency is responsible for resolving the issue; in case of not resolving it, it must respond in writing and state the reason.
