The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:

Article 4 of the amended and supplemented Administrative Procedures related to forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level under the scope and functions of state management of the Ministry of Public Security issued with Decision 8211/QD-BCA dated October 7, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security stipulates the time limit for resolving regimes and policies for those participating in forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level who have not participated in health insurance but are sick, have an accident, or are injured while performing their duties as follows:

4. Processing time: 09 working days

- One-stop department: organizes reception, inspection of documents, and notification of completion of documents within 02 working days.

- Specialized agency under the People's Committee at the commune level: appraise the dossier within 05 working days

- Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level: Within 02 working days from the date the appraisal agency reports the dossier that is eligible for settlement.

Thus, the deadline for resolving the regime and policies for people participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level who have not participated in health insurance but are sick, have an accident, or are injured while performing their duties is 09 working days.
