Procedures for considering periodic bonuses in 2025 for officers and professional soldiers

Circular 95/2024/TT-BQP guides the implementation of the bonus regime for subjects receiving salaries from the state budget under the management of the Ministry of National Defense.

The subjects of application of the Circular include: Officers, professional soldiers, defense workers, defense officials and civil servants working in the Army (defense civil servants); people working in cryptography, people working in other cryptographic organizations at the Government Cipher Committee; relevant agencies, units, organizations and individuals.

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 5 of Circular 95/2024/TT-BQP, the process and procedures for considering annual periodic bonuses for officers and professional soldiers are as follows:

- Every year, on the basis of evaluating and classifying the level of task completion in the year according to the announcement of the competent authority and based on the salary payment list in the month of assessment and classification, agencies and units from the regimental level and equivalent or higher shall make a list and distribute it to beneficiaries, ensuring public implementation in the agency or unit;

- At the same time, report the results to the superior unit directly to the unit directly under the Ministry for management and inspection.
