Women in Ho Chi Minh City who give birth to 2 children before the age of 35 are supported with 5 million VND

Article 2 of Resolution No. 32/2025/NQ-HDND dated September 1, 2025 of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council stipulates the policy of reward and support for collectives and individuals who have performed well in population work in Ho Chi Minh City (effective from September 1, 2025) stipulates the policy of encouragement, reward and support to solve the situation of low birth rate as follows:

1. Collective

a) The commune has continuously achieved and exceeded the rate of 60% of couples of childbearing age who have 2 (two) children proposed to be awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the City People's Committee with support in the amount of VND 30,000,000 (thirty million VND).

b) Commune has continuously achieved and exceeded the rate of 60% of couples of childbearing age who have 2 (two) children proposed to be awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the City People's Committee with support in the amount of 60,000,000 VND (six million VND).

2. Individual

Women who give birth to 2 children before the age of 35 will receive a one-time support of VND 5,000,000 (five million VND)

Thus, from September 1, 2025, women residing in Ho Chi Minh City who give birth to 2 children before the age of 35 will receive a one-time support of VND 5,000,000 (five million VND).
