Conditions for the Commune-level Military Command to be considered for the title of "Determined-to-Win Unit"

Article 13 of Circular 93/2024/TT-BQP stipulates:

Title of "Determined to win Unit"

Considered annual awards to the Commune-level Military Command, the Military Command of the Ministry, central branches, the Military Command of agencies and organizations; Standing militia units, Mobile Militia and Self-Defense Forces from the platoon level and above, meeting the following standards:

1. Actively participate in emulation movements regularly, practically and effectively;

2. Completing assigned tasks excellently; having 100% of the exam and test content meeting the requirements, of which 75% or more are good or excellent;

3. Having individuals achieve the title of "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level";

4. Internal solidarity, exemplary compliance with the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and the Army's discipline. Party organizations and mass organizations (if any) meet the standards for completing tasks well or better.

Thus, the title of Determined to win Unit will be awarded to the Commune-level Military Command when meeting the following standards:

- Actively participate in emulation movements regularly, practically and effectively;

- Completing assigned tasks excellently; having 100% of the exam and test content meeting the requirements, of which 75% or more are good or excellent;

- Having individuals achieve the title of "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level";
