Currently receiving unemployment benefits, supported with food allowances when improving vocational skills

Article 37 of the 2025 Law on Employment stipulates support for workers to participate in training and improve their professional skills as follows:

1. Employees receiving unemployment benefits are supported with training and vocational skills improvement.

Clause 4, Article 37 of the 2025 Law on Employment stipulates the content of support for training and improving vocational skills, including:

a) Tuition fees;

b) Meals for employees during the time participating in training and improving their professional skills.

Clause 4, Article 37 of the 2025 Law on Employment stipulates: The Government shall detail this Article; prescribe documents, order and procedures to support employees in participating in training and improving their vocational skills.

Thus, people receiving unemployment benefits are supported with food expenses during their time participating in training and improving their vocational skills.
