Competent authority recruits civil servants
Decree 170/2025/ND-CP regulates the recruitment, use and management of civil servants.
In which, the competent authority recruits civil servants based on Article 2.
Article 7. Competent authority recruits civil servants
1. Civil servant management agency.
2. The agency employing civil servants is assigned staffing, operating expenses, has its own seal and account, and is decentralized authority or authorized to recruit civil servants.
Article 5. Cases of civil servant recruitment
The recruitment of civil servants through the form of selection is decided by the competent recruitment agency and is done separately for each group of subjects as follows:
1. People who volunteer to work for 05 years or more in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions.
2. Students are admitted according to the regulations of the Education Law, after graduation they return to work in the locality where they are sent to study.
3. Excellent graduates, talented young scientists are the subjects of the policy of attracting and employing talented people.
Regarding the notification of civil servant recruitment results, based on Article 17.
Article 17. Announcement of civil servant recruitment results
1. No later than 5 working days from the date of completion of the exam or professional review (including re-examination, if any), the Recruitment Council is responsible for synthesizing the results and reporting to the head of the competent recruitment agency. The head of the competent recruitment agency shall approve the results within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the summary report.
2. No later than 2 working days from the date of the admission decision, the Recruitment Council must publicly announce on the website or the electronic information portal of the competent recruitment agency and send a notice of acceptance of the admission results to the successful candidate. The notice must clearly state the deadline for recruiters to go to the competent recruitment agency to complete the recruitment documents.
