Issuing a construction practice certificate according to current regulations
On the Government Portal, the Ministry of Construction has just responded to citizens about the regulations on granting construction practice certificates.
Mr. N.D.T in Ho Chi Minh City asked, according to current regulations, is the title of construction technician eligible to register for the exam for a certificate of practice in the field of construction supervision? If not, which field will you take?
The Ministry of Construction responds to this issue as follows:
According to the provisions of Article 83 of Decree No. 175/2024/ND-CP of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Construction Law on construction management, the professional experience requirement to be granted a certificate of practice in construction supervision without a construction technical title is not a construction technical title.
The field of practice certificate issuance and scope of activities are stipulated in Article 74 of Decree No. 175/2024/ND-CP.
The professional experience requirements for being granted a practice certificate for each field are stipulated in Articles 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, and 85 of Decree No. 175/2024/ND-CP.
