Groups of subjects recruited for civil service through the form of admission
Recruitment of civil servants through the form of selection decided by the competent recruitment agency, is carried out separately for cases according to regulations.
Article 5 of Decree 170/2025/ND-CP stipulates the following cases of civil servant recruitment:
Article 5. Cases of civil servant recruitment
The recruitment of civil servants through the form of selection is decided by the competent recruitment agency and is done separately for each group of subjects as follows:
1. People who volunteer to work for 5 years or more in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions.
2. Students are admitted according to the regulations of the Education Law, after graduation they return to work in the locality where they are sent to study.
3. Excellent graduates, talented young scientists are the subjects of the policy of attracting and employing talented people.
Thus, the recruitment of civil servants through the form of selection is decided by the competent recruitment agency and is done separately for each group of subjects below:
- People who commit to volunteering to work for 5 years or more in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions.
- Students under the admission regime according to the provisions of the Education Law, after graduation, return to work in the locality where they are sent to study.
- Excellent graduates, talented young scientists who are subjects of policies to attract and promote talented people.
