Subjects not allowed to sign contracts to perform duties of civil servants from 1.7.2025
The subjects are not allowed to sign contracts to perform duties of civil servants from July 1, 2025 according to Decree No. 173/2025/ND-CP.
Decree No. 173/2025/ND-CP on contracts for performing duties of civil servants takes effect from July 1, 2025.
Clause 1, Article 7 of the decree stipulates the subjects not allowed to sign contracts as follows:
1. Not signing contracts with the following subjects:
a) People who are cadres, civil servants, public employees or are working in the armed forces, people doing basic work;
b) People who are banned from practicing, are being prosecuted for criminal liability or are serving a sentence according to a decision of a competent authority;
c) The person in a relationship is the wife, husband, biological father, biological mother; father, mother (wife or husband), adoptive father, adoptive mother; biological children, adopted children; biological brothers, sisters, siblings; uncles, aunt, uncle, uncle; biological brothers, sisters, brothers of the wife or husband; wife or husband, sister, biological siblings with the competent person signing the contract.
