Youme Law Firm LLC said that, based on Clause 1, Article 3 of Decree 73/2024/ND-CP, the basic salary is used as the basis for calculating the following regimes:
- Salary levels in salary tables, allowances and implementation of other regimes according to the provisions of law for subjects specified in Article 2 of Decree 73/2024/ND-CP;
- Expenditure for operating expenses and living expenses according to the provisions of law;
- Including deductions and benefits according to the basic salary level.
In addition, the subjects being applied at the base salary include: officials from the central to the district level; commune -level officials; officials in public non -business units; people doing jobs according to the labor contract regime; People working in payroll criteria at associations are supported by the state budget; Professional officers, soldiers, workers, defense officials and contract workers under the Vietnam People's Army; officers, non -commissioned officers of salaries, police workers and contract workers under the People's Police; people working in the organization of cipher; non -commissioned officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People's Army; non -commissioned officers and soldiers of the People's Police; Part -time people at the commune, village and residential groups.
