New Dong Thap regional minimum wage table
After merging Tien Giang and Dong Thap provinces, Dong Thap province has 102 new commune-level administrative units (including 82 communes and 20 wards).
The administrative political center is located in My Tho ward, the new Dong Thap province.
Pursuant to Appendix I issued with Decree 128/2025/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2025), stipulating the list of areas at the commune level applying the regional minimum wage, including the areas of new communes and wards in the area applying the regional minimum wage in Dong Thap province after the merger of provinces in 2025, it is stipulated that:
(1) Minimum monthly salary in Dong Thap province after merging provinces and cities:
- For My Tho, Dao Thanh, My Phong, Thoi Son, Trung An wards and Tan Huong, Chau Thanh, Long Hung, Long Dinh, Vinh Kim, Kim Son, Binh Trung communes - in region II, the minimum wage is 4,410,000 VND/month.
- Go Cong, Long Thuan, Son Qui, Binh Xuan, My Phuoc Tay, Thanh Hoa, Cai Lay, Nhi Quy, An Binh, Hong Ngu, Thuong Lac, Cao Lanh, My Ngai, My Tra, Sa Dec wards and Tan Phuoc, Tan Phuoc 1, Tan Phuoc 2, Tan Phuoc 3, Hung Thanh, My Tinh An, Luong Hoa Lac, Tan Thuan Binh, Cho Gao, An Thanh Thuy, Binh Ninh, Tan Duong wards - in region III, the minimum wage will be 3,860,000 VND/month.
- For remaining communes and wards in region IV, the minimum wage is 3,450,000 VND/month.
(2) Minimum hourly salary in Dong Thap province after merging provinces and cities:
- Communes and wards in Dong Thap province after merging provinces and cities in region II in 2025 are 21,200 VND/hour.
- Communes and wards in Dong Thap province after merging provinces into cities in 2025 in region III are 18,600 VND/hour.
- Communes and wards in Dong Thap province after merging provinces and cities in Region IV in 2025 are 16,600 VND/hour.
