Subjects eligible for the basic salary scale of nearly 30,000,000 VND excluding allowances, bonuses... applicable to subjects mentioned in Decree 248/2025/ND-CP.
Decree 248/2025/ND-CP stipulates the regime of salaries, remuneration, and bonuses of direct owners representatives, Supervisors and representatives of state capital at state-owned enterprises according to the provisions of the 2020 Enterprise Law; credit institutions held by the State with over 50% of charter capital according to the provisions of the 2024 Law on Credit Institutions, except for policy banks.
Accordingly, based on Article 4, Chapter II of Decree 248/2025/ND-CP, there are regulations on the basic salary level of Council members and Supervisors as follows:
Thus, the most basic salary scale reaches 30,000,000 VND/month, excluding allowances, bonuses... applicable to Members of the Member Council, Members of the Board of Directors, Supervisors of Group II Level 3.
