Three minimum wage levels apply to communes and wards in Phu Tho province from January 1, 2026

Decree 293/2025/ND-CP takes effect from January 1, 2026. According to the Decree, the regional minimum wage from January 1, 2026 is 5.31 million VND/month (for Region I); 4.73 million VND/month (for Region II); 4.14 million VND/month (for Region III) and 3.7 million VND/month (for Region IV).

According to the appendix issued with the Decree, communes and wards in Phu Tho province will apply the following regional minimum wage levels:

Apply the minimum wage of 4.73 million VND/month to the wards: Viet Tri, Nong Trang, Thanh Mieu, Van Phu, Vinh Phuc, Vinh Yen, Phuc Yen, Xuan Hoa, Hoa Binh, Ky Son, Tan Hoa, Thong Nhat and the communes of Hy Cuong, Yen Lac, Te Lo, Lien Chau, Tam Hong, Nguyet Duc, Binh Nguyen, Xuan Lang, Binh Xuyen, Binh Tuyen, Luong Son, Cao Duong, Lien Son, Thinh Minh

Apply the minimum salary of VND 4.14 million/month to the wards: Phong Chau, Phu Tho, Au Co and Lam Thao, Xuan Lung, Phung Nguyen, Ban Nguyen, Phu Ninh, Dan Chu, Phu My, Tram Than, Binh Phu, Thanh Ba, Quang Yen, Hoang Cuong, Dong Thanh, Chi Tien, Lien Minh, Tam Nong, Tho Van, Van Xuan, Hien Quan, Tam Son, Song Lo, Hai Luu, Yen Lang, Lap Thach, Tien Lu, Thai Hoa, Lien Hoa, Hop Ly, Son Dong, Tam Dao, Dai Tam Dinh, Dao Tru, Tam Duong, Hoi Thinh, Hoang An, Bac Duong, Vi Vi Vi, Tho Vinh, Vinh Hung, Vinh Hung, An Vinh, Vinh Hung, Vinh Hung, Vinh Hung.

- The minimum salary of 3.7 million VND/month applies to the remaining communes and wards.
