On the morning of February 28, at VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park (Hung Nguyen commune), the Management Board of Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Education and Training, Hung Nguyen Commune People's Committee and VSIP Nghe An Co., Ltd. to organize the "Job Fair phase 1 in 2026 between workers and businesses in VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park". The event was attended by 20 businesses with a demand of more than 70,000 job positions.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Bui Thanh An - Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee - emphasized that this is not only an activity to connect labor supply and demand but also a specific solution to concretize the policy of accompanying businesses and workers, building a sustainable employment ecosystem in the province.

According to provincial leaders, in 2025, Nghe An achieved an estimated GRDP growth rate of 8.44%, attracting FDI of more than 1 billion USD. In the 2026-2030 period, the province sets a target of GRDP increasing by an average of 12% or more, export turnover reaching 9 billion USD; in which, human resource development and strengthening the link between businesses and workers are identified as key factors.
