Dong Nai - Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company is recruiting 1,000 workers from January 2026.
On January 18, information from the Trade Union of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company said that the company is urgently recruiting 1,000 workers to serve the expansion of production and business.
Previously, on January 17, the Company also implemented an integration bonus policy for new workers with the amount of 2 million VND/person (payment in 4 installments, each installment of 500,000 VND).
According to the Company, the payment of bonuses in installments shows the company's long-term support, encouraging employees to stick together, stabilize their work and develop.
The company also offers policies such as: unskilled workers will receive free training with salary; Priority is given to experienced workers who are sewing, interviewing and going to work immediately.
