Notice on receiving and handling unemployment insurance in Hanoi
The Hanoi Employment Service Center announces the reception and settlement of administrative procedures on unemployment insurance in the capital.
According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, implementing Official Letter No. 5274/BNV-CVL dated July 18, 2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on the pilot implementation of Public Services (DVC) for unemployment insurance (BHTN) procedures and the direction of the Department of Home Affairs, the Hanoi Employment Service Center has implemented the reception and settlement of 6 DVC procedures on pilot BHTN on the National DVC Portal from August 10, 2025.
Accordingly, 6 unemployment insurance procedures received through the DVC portal include: settlement of unemployment benefits (TCTN), monthly job search notification for cases of force majeure, suspension, continuation, termination, and specialization in TCTN benefits.
However, due to the National DVC Portal error, the Hanoi Employment Service Center cannot receive and process the application of employees submitted online on the National DVC Portal from December 4, 2025 to present.
To promptly resolve the application for unemployment benefits for employees, the Hanoi Employment Service Center informs employees: If employees cannot submit the application on the National DVC Portal or employees have submitted the application on the National DVC Portal since December 4, 2025, please go directly to the Hanoi Employment Service Center at the address below to submit the application.
