Duties of the Department of Culture and Social Affairs on job positions in public educational institutions
The tasks of the Department of Culture - Social Affairs under the People's Committee at the commune level regarding job positions in public educational institutions are based on Circular No. 15/2025/TT-BGDDT.
Circular No. 15/2025/TT-BGDDT issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, effective from July 24, 2025.
According to the circular, the tasks and powers of the Department of Culture - Social Affairs under the People's Committee at the commune level regarding the team of teachers, educational institution managers, civil servants, employees and job positions, the structure of employees according to professional titles, the number of employees in public service units are as follows:
a) Advising and submitting to the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level a plan to propose the needs of the teaching staff under the management authority, reporting to the competent authority according to regulations;
b) Advising and submitting to the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level for decision on approving job positions, adjusting job positions and the structure of civil servants according to professional titles in public educational institutions under the management authority; managing job positions, the structure of civil servants according to professional titles and the number of employees in educational institutions under the management authority.
