Workers under 30 years old account for 45.5% of the recruitment demand in Hanoi
At the job transaction session on August 20, up to 45.5% of the recruitment demand in Hanoi focused on the group of workers under 30 years old.
On August 20, the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that the online job transaction session connecting 8 provinces and cities (Hanoi, Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Lang Son, Cao Bang) had 155 units and businesses participating with 105,743 recruitment targets.
In Hanoi alone, there are 25 participating businesses with 883 recruitment targets.
Targets with income from 15 million VND/month or more with 181/883 targets; income from 10-15 million VND/month with 197/883 targets; income under 10 million VND/month with 497/883 targets; agreed income with 8 targets.
Notably, according to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, job opportunities at the job transaction session mainly focus on the group aged 30 and under with 402/883 targets, accounting for 45.5%.
