Attending the job fair on November 2 held in Dong Anh commune (Hanoi), Dong Anh Liquidation Joint Stock Company recruited workers aged 18-50 with a junior high school graduation certificate or higher. In which, this company recruited 30 robot welders, 5 surprise workers, and mechanical processing workers.

"Enterprises recruiting workers until the age of 50 is something I rarely see in many other job fairs. Today, many older workers, especially male workers in the mechanical and welding fields, will have the opportunity to find suitable jobs, said Mr. Bui Gia Binh - a worker participating in the job fair.

At the session, HEM Electromechanical Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (Phu Dien Ward, Hanoi) recruited dozens of workers to work in 7 positions: mechanical engineer, electricity; IT staff; purchasing staff; warehouse staff; mechanical workers (electrical, bored, grinding); electrical workers; sales staff.

Similarly, Dong Anh Central Post Office recruits dozens of personnel for the positions: Accountant, sales staff, transactor, public administrative staff.

According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, the job fair on November 2 has recruitment needs divided according to specific qualifications as follows: The demand for recruitment of workers with college and university degrees or higher is 390 targets; the demand for recruitment of workers with intermediate qualifications and technical workers is 532 targets; the demand for unskilled labor recruitment is 776 targets.

Recruitment demand is divided into income/month: Income from 15 million VND or more has 419 targets; income from 10 - 15 million VND/month has 961 targets; income from 7 - 10 million VND/month has 231 targets; income from 5 - 7 million VND/month has 87 targets.

Recruitment needs are divided into age groups: The 18-25 age group has 891 targets; the 26-34 age group has 541 targets; the 35 and over age group has 266 targets.

Job opportunities are suitable for many subjects

Bui Dinh Nam - a high school graduate student - participated in the job fair on November 2 with the desire to learn about labor export to Japan.

"In my commune, there are some people who go abroad to work or study abroad in Japan to study and work right after graduating from high school. Some have returned home, some have capital to do business, some have Japanese language certificates so they can find jobs in Japanese companies. Today I also want to learn about this opportunity. I asked carefully the consultants of some companies and was able to exchange detailed information. I will discuss with my family and carefully balance the conditions to choose a suitable job if I go to work abroad in Japan, Nam said.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai came to the job fair with the hope of finding a job near her home, especially in the garment or family service sector. "I have experience in both of these areas, I will choose which company is closer to home and the better welfare regime," said Ms. Mai.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tay Nam - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs, with the efforts of all levels, sectors and localities, in the first 10 months of 2025, the whole city of Hanoi has created jobs for 195,558 workers, exceeding the 2025 plan by 15.71%; an increase of 0.59% over the same period in 2024.

The job fair on November 2 alone had 1,698 recruitment, enrollment, and labor export targets with a variety of positions, occupations, and attractive salary levels.
