Participating in the trading session with friends, Nguyen Phan Bang - a 4th year student majoring in Business Administration (Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment) - is looking for a job position in the business field.

"In today's session, I see many businesses with diverse job positions and attractive salaries. After graduating, I hope to find a good job with a salary of 8-10 million VND/month. In particular, I pay more attention to the position of sales staff to be able to improve my communication skills, said Bang.
According to Mr. Nguyen Tay Nam - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs, thanks to the coordination of all levels, sectors and localities, as of November 15, the whole city of Hanoi has created jobs for 207,493 workers, exceeding the set target by 22.77%, an increase of 0.55% over the same period in 2024.
According to Mr. Nam, organizing a job consultation and transaction fair is a meaningful activity, supporting businesses and workers in the ward and neighboring areas. This is not only an opportunity to improve the efficiency of connecting labor supply and demand but also create opportunities for vocational training and labor export for workers. In particular, employers also recruit a variety of human resources in many groups of qualifications, from unskilled workers, technical workers, intermediate workers to college and university students; income from 5 - 15 million VND/month.
Participating in the recruitment session, Ms. Dao Thi Minh Huyen - representative of Timi Service Company Limited - focused on introducing job positions related to the office, especially domestic helpers for the family.
Our company has positions such as cooking, cleaning, caring for the elderly... with a salary of 8 million VND/month or more depending on the position. If working full-time, employees earn 8-12 million VND/month for households; 11-20 million VND/month for foreigners. For the hourly job position, the company will have a monthly bonus and bonuses, and support voluntary social insurance/health insurance, said Ms. Huyen.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Phuong - representative of Dong Hung Industrial Joint Stock Company - said that the company's recruitment plan for the fourth quarter of 2025 has diverse job positions.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, my company is recruiting technical department heads, driver staff, welders and sales staff. The characteristic is that the company produces electrical equipment, so the workload is large, leading to a high demand for labor recruitment, especially for welders and seasonal workers. The salary of welders will range from 14-16 million VND/month, which can be higher during peak times" - Ms. Phuong informed.
