Nearly 1,500 candidates apply at Long Thanh airport and are increasing

On August 26, according to Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV), up to now, 1,446 candidates have applied for job positions at Long Thanh International Airport (abbreviated as Long Thanh Airport).

Of which, the positions at Long Thanh airport have 1,150 candidates; the positions at Long Thanh airport fuel branch have 110 candidates and the positions at Long Thanh cargo service branch have 186 candidates.

Currently, the number of candidates is still increasing.

Previously, on August 23, ACV coordinated with the locality and airlines to organize the Long Thanh Airport Employment Day in An Phuoc commune.

Of which, the recruitment demand of Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) is 891 people; Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (VJ) is 956 people; Vietnam Airports Land Services Company Limited (VIAGS) is 464 people; Vietnam Airports catering Company Limited (VACS) is 118 people; Vietnam Airports catering services Joint Stock Company (VINACS) is 332 people; Saigon Land Services Joint Stock Company (SAGS) is 540 people and TSN Airport catering services Joint Stock Company (SASCO) is 188 people...

TOEIC English proficiency requirement of 300 or higher

Regarding the requirements for job positions at Long Thanh International Airport, for jobs at the Port Office such as: General, legal, communication, administrative, professional, archival staff, receptionist... all must have graduated from College, University and must have English (TOEIC must be at least 400 - 450 or equivalent).

ACV also recruits many workers to work in the Accounting and Finance Department, Human Resources Organization Department, Planning Department, Business Department, Technical - Technology - Environmental Department, Safety - Quality Control Department... and requires university degrees as well as English proficiency

Office driver employees in addition to a suitable driver's license also need to have English proficiency (TOEIC is at least 300 or equivalent or higher). For cooking, processing, and serving staff, only high school graduation or higher is required.

At the station operation center, ACV also recruits many station equipment operators; Information technology engineers; low-voltage power system operators, maintenance and repair engineers; construction operation, maintenance and repair engineers... requiring a full university degree in mechanical engineering, automation, electronics, telecommunications, information technology, electricity, air conditioning, refrigeration... and a minimum TOEIC English proficiency of 450 or equivalent or higher.

The station exploitation center also recruits many positions that only require high school graduation, or intermediate technical graduation or higher or a worker of level 3/7 in the right major and also requires English proficiency (TOEIC is at least 300 or equivalent or higher) for the positions: station equipment operator, BHS operator...

According to the Long Thanh Airport Planning and Exploitation Board, at the Long Thanh Airport Job Fair on August 23, ACV consulted candidates on job requirements, ACV also received the candidates' documents and will then conduct a screening and summarize data from other units.
