Dong Nai needs about 55,000 workers at the end of the year
The Dong Nai labor market enters the peak recruitment period at the end of the year with a demand for about 55,000 workers. Although businesses have launched many attractive policies, the supply is still lacking.
A large number of untrained workers are needed
Dong Nai province currently has 42 industrial parks in operation with 680,000 workers.
According to the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation, since the beginning of the year, the labor market in the area has had many positive signals with an increase in the number of jobs created and high recruitment demand. In 2025, enterprises in Dong Nai are expected to recruit more than 190,000 workers. Of which, more than 136,000 are unskilled workers, concentrated in the footwear, textile, wood furniture, and electronics industries. Recruitment demand is mainly concentrated in Bien Hoa, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach, Trang Bom, Minh Hung, Chon Thanh, Dong Xoai.
According to the Employment Service Center (Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province), in the last months of the year, it is expected that the province's labor market will continue to be vibrant in the fourth quarter of 2025, with businesses having a large demand for labor recruitment, and the whole province needs about 55,000 workers.
In particular, regarding the requirements for professional qualifications, university degrees or higher (more than 3,600 people), college and college degrees (more than 3,200 people), intermediate and intermediate vocational degrees (more than 4,000 people) and technical workers (more than 2,300 people), the rest need more than 40,000 untrained workers.
Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company (Phu Cuong Industrial Park, Thong Nhat Commune, Dong Nai Province) is recruiting a large number of workers to develop and expand sewing lines and recruitment plans for the end of 2025 with product salaries, average income for sewing workers from 8-11 million VND, 13th month salary bonus is 12 million VND.

According to the representative of the Board of Directors of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company, to attract workers, the company rewards those who introduce workers to work in the company with 500,000 VND/project (for skilled workers) and 300,000 VND/project (for unskilled workers). The company also rewards new employees, applicable until December 2025 at the rate of 2 million VND/person.
Recruiting a large number but labor is scarce
In Dong Nai province, large enterprises operating in the field of leather shoes and textiles have a need to recruit a large number of workers during the year such as: Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu ward), TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park) ... with attractive income. However, the local labor supply is still not enough to meet the needs of unskilled workers.
According to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung - Chairman of the Trade Union - Elite Long Thanh Company Limited (Loc An - Binh Son Industrial Park, Long Thanh Commune), currently, like other enterprises, the company is at risk of a shortage of labor, the scale of the factory is 7,000 workers but so far only recruited more than 50% of the capacity.
To increase labor resources, in the coming time, the Employment Service Center will continue to promote job exchanges, strengthen coordination with localities through a system of collaborators to support job creation in 95 communes, wards, Management Boards of industrial parks, economic zones, vocational training units, organize Youth Union in propaganda and dissemination of information on Job seekers - People searches, connecting labor supply and demand.
