Shoe businesses recruit 2,000 unskilled workers to work in Tay Ninh
Pou Li Company - operating in the field of shoe production in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park (Tay Ninh province) announced the recruitment of 2,000 unskilled workers.
According to information from the enterprise, the recruitment positions include general workers, office workers and management staff. In which, the position of unskilled laborers, this company is recruiting 2,000 people. Most of the work is arranged on-site. The company also supports vehicles to take them to the location.
The average income announced by the enterprise ranges from 7.5 to 25 million VND/month, including basic salary, allowances and bonuses. In addition, workers are entitled to childcare allowances, living allowances and bonuses for holidays and Tet.
The enterprise also fully implements insurance policies according to regulations.
The grassroots trade union at the enterprise will coordinate with functional units in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park to monitor the recruitment process, ensure the rights of workers, and contribute to solving stable employment needs for local people and neighboring areas.
