697 job targets for 18-25 year old workers in Hanoi

On November 21, the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that the Phu Thuong Ward Employment Consulting and Transaction Festival had 33 units and enterprises participating in the total recruitment and labor export demand of 1,479 targets, of which the demand for studying abroad and labor export is 150 targets.

"The diversity of occupational fields of enterprises registering to participate in the 2025 Phu Thuong Ward job consultation and transaction fair in line with the needs of local workers will create conditions for workers who have not found a job in Phu Thuong Ward to choose a job that suits their abilities, can stay long-term, and stabilize their lives right in the locality," said Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center.

Labor recruitment targets according to qualifications requirements, the demand for recruitment of workers with college and university degrees or higher accounts for the highest rate: 751/1,479 targets, accounting for 50.8%; demand for recruitment of workers with intermediate qualifications, technical workers 515/1,479 targets, accounting for 34.8%; demand for unskilled labor recruitment: 213/1,479 targets, accounting for 14.4%.

Recruitment demand by age group, Phu Thuong ward job consultation and fair focuses mainly on the 18 - 25 age group with 697 targets, accounting for 47.1%; the 26 - 35 age group with 477 targets, accounting for 32.2%. The rest is the need to recruit workers in the age group of 35 years old and above with 305 targets.
