According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, the online job fair connecting 6 provinces and cities (Ninh Binh, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, Hanoi) held on September 15 has nearly 20,000 recruitment targets.
The session attracted 96 units and enterprises to participate with 19,967 recruitment targets. Many localities have a need to recruit workers with large targets such as Thai Nguyen 9,083 targets; Ninh Binh 4,663 targets; Tuyen Quang 3,753 targets; Bac Ninh 1,323 targets; Hanoi 990 targets.
In terms of qualifications, the demand for recruiting intermediate-level workers - technical workers is the highest with 7,584 targets, unskilled workers 6,342 targets, college - university workers or higher 6,041 targets.
Regarding salary levels, there are 4,247 targets from 7-10 million VND/month; from 10-15 million VND/month, there are 3,167 targets; the salary level from 15 million VND or more/month has 2,245 targets; the salary level from 5-7 million VND/month has 2,153 targets.
There are 8,155 targets with agreed salary levels between businesses and employees during the interview process.
