1,700 people participate in the regular job fair in Hai Phong
Hai Phong - On May 26, 1,700 workers participated in the job fair at the Hai Phong Employment Service and Nursing Center for Meritorious People.
The regular job fair at the Hai Phong Employment Service Center, held in parallel with the online job fair, has attracted the attention and participation of both businesses and workers. Specifically, 20 large enterprises participated in the trading session operating in many diverse fields such as garment, domestic medicine manufacturing, clothing, consumer electronic product components, machinery and equipment parts processing, service technology, etc. Thereby, bringing many rich career options to workers with thousands of job positions.
Through statistics, direct and online sessions attract more than 1,700 employees, clearly showing the demand for jobs of workers inside and outside the city. At the session, businesses directly interviewed and evaluated candidates on the spot with the criteria "The right finder - finding the right people".
At the end of the trading session, 22,2% of candidates (about 88 candidates) directly participating were invited for in-depth interviews by the company's human resources department. Many candidates passed the initial preliminary round and found new jobs.
