14 enterprises in Hai Phong participate in the mid-September job fair
Hai Phong - Nearly 2,000 workers have just come to the job fair organized by the City Employment Service Center.
According to the Hai Phong Employment Service Center (Department of Home Affairs), the direct job fair at 735 Nguyen Van Linh (Hai Phong) in mid-September attracted the participation of 14 businesses from key sectors such as industrial production, technology, logistics, trade, etc.
The transaction session attracted nearly 400 employees to directly learn and apply along with nearly 1,500 online interactions on social networks. Flexible organization, combining in-person and online via digital platforms contributes to expanding job opportunities for workers, reducing geographical distance and enhancing interaction efficiency. This is a model for the modern labor market, where businesses can easily find suitable employees, while workers have more options and long-term development orientation.
Previously, the job fair held on September 8 also attracted nearly 400 direct participants and more than 2,200 online interactions. 11 participating enterprises have also found suitable candidates, meeting part of the human resources for production.
