Hanoi - The emulation movement will be replicated when the initiatives and creativity of workers are evaluated by benefits.

Initiatives and creativity are becoming more and more substantial

When evaluating the emulation movements organized by the Hanoi Trade Union, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu affirmed that emulation movements in general, and the creative initiative movement in particular among workers and civil servants (CNVCLD) are increasingly developing in both breadth and depth, reflected in the increasing number of initiatives and creativity, the content of initiatives and creativity is increasingly substantial, associated with production practice, and the increasingly great value of benefits.

According to the Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, material benefits are the most specific and practical motivation to promote initiatives and creativity in each employee. Therefore, when dialogue, negotiation, and signing of Collective Labor Agreements, the Trade Union needs to include in the regulations the rights of people with creative initiatives commensurate with their contributions.

In many businesses, emulation is always associated with the rights of workers. With intelligence and creativity, workers contribute and benefit businesses with ideas and initiatives and thereby increase their income.

At Stanley Vietnam Electricity Company Limited, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the Company's Trade Union have many direct solutions to facilitate employees to promote initiatives and innovations. The Trade Union advised the leaders to establish an Improvement Committee consisting of 2 improvement training rooms and 1 improvement promotion room, headed by 2 Executive Committee members. Thereby encouraging employees to have innovative and improving ideas and both putting innovation initiatives into practice and bringing economic efficiency to themselves.

The special thing here is that the Company develops regulations to reward individuals with outstanding achievements in initiatives and improvements. Accordingly, for each theme and innovation idea, whether effective or not, there will be a reward of 20,000 VND/ish; the number of initiatives exceeding the target will be rewarded with 50,000 VND/ish (not yet calculated for effectiveness). Improvements with third prize or higher in improvement exams will be awarded a trip to Japan/Thailand for 7 days.

The encouragement, rewards and benefits ( material) deserved to be gained from exploration, initiatives and creativity in the spirit of dedication have created a strong motivation for the emulation movement for innovation and development throughout the Company. Each year, the enterprise has about more than 8,000 initiatives that are considered and applied, benefiting the Company hundreds of billions of VND. In particular, Petrovietnam Trade Union will create a strong motivation to organize creative labor emulation among party members and workers to improve labor productivity, efficiency and efficiency in activities. Here, Petrovietnam Trade Union clearly identifies the effectiveness of organizing innovation emulation and emulation on key projects and works, thereby creating a breakthrough momentum in labor - production, improving productivity, quality and operational efficiency of Petrovietnam.
