Khanh Viet Trade Union promotes innovation competition, earning tens of billions of VND

Khanh Viet Corporation's Trade Union currently manages 15 grassroots trade unions with more than 3,473 union members. In the 2023-2025 period, the Trade Union has closely coordinated with enterprises to implement policies to create motivation for union members to compete patriotically in association with production and business activities.

Identifying the movement "Good workers, Creative workers" as a breakthrough spearhead, the Khanh Viet Corporation Trade Union has proactively encouraged workers to promote initiatives, improve techniques, and apply creative solutions in management, operation and production.

According to the leader of the Khanh Viet Corporation Trade Union, the movement is included in the regular work program of the units, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere in production labor.

Thereby, promoting workers and laborers to promote creativity in each job position, gradually forming a sense of self-reliance in innovation and creativity in production and business activities.

In the past 3 years, the Initiative Council of Khanh Viet Corporation has recognized 288 initiatives and solutions to rationalize production applied in practice, bringing a profit value of more than VND 23.6 billion.

In particular, 2 individuals were awarded the Certificate of Merit for "Creative Labor" by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and 1 individual was honored to receive the Nguyen Duc Canh Award in 2023.

According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, in the period of 2023-2025, the whole province recorded over 8,584 initiatives and topics at all levels, with a total value of nearly 200 billion VND.

In addition, there are 85 works and products celebrating major holidays; 136 topics and scientific works were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Practice shows that when the emulation movement is organized methodically, practically and closely linked to the rights of workers, creativity will become an endogenous driving force, contributing to improving labor productivity, building businesses and localities for sustainable development.

At Tien Thuan Garment Company Limited, the grassroots Trade Union has proactively innovated the content and methods of organizing emulation movements associated with the political tasks of the enterprise.

Focus on movements such as "Good workers, Creative workers", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", "Good at public work, good at housework". The grassroots trade union closely coordinates with professional staff to promptly encourage and reward workers with initiatives and effective technical improvements.

The representative of the Trade Union of Tien Thuan Garment Company Limited said that the unit always focuses on timely information and propaganda work.

At the same time, harmoniously combine spiritual encouragement and material encouragement, avoiding the situation of disregarding one form of reward but taking the other lightly.

According to Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, the promotion of emulation movements in recent times has recognized many initiatives and experiences that have been formed and effectively applied in practice.
