1,572 recognized scientific topics and initiatives

In the 2023-2025 period, the Vietnam Education Trade Union (VTC) has directed trade unions at all levels to coordinate in training and fostering cadres, teachers and workers (CBNGNLD) to improve their professional qualifications, school management and governance capacity, teaching methods; digital transformation, application of information technology; implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in developing science, innovation technology and national digital transformation in conjunction with continuing to implement Plan 103/KH-CDN dated April 2, 2019 of the Vietnam Education Trade Union on "Improving pedagogical behavior and teacher ethics to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation", the "Happy schools" movement and the "Studying activities for workers" program to "Supporting activities throughout the working life" in enterprises until 2030.

Accordingly, trade unions at all levels have mobilized employees to actively participate in improving their professional capacity, meeting the requirements of school autonomy and digital transformation in schools and the 2018 Education Development Program. Promoting scientific research and technology transfer to meet innovation requirements, the Trade Union participated in the exhibition "Creative Journey - Aspiration to Rise Up" in 2025 with 11 scientific products; 2 initiatives were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

The Trade Union also proposed support policies and regimes to create conditions for employees to improve their qualifications and capacity, encourage self-study and self-study; apply information technology in management and teaching. In the 2023-2025 period, nearly 13,000 employees will study to improve their professional qualifications, professional skills, political theory, foreign languages, IT, etc.

The Trade Union coordinated to organize activities to improve the quality of teaching and scientific research. Many units actively support employees in completing the topics; propose support mechanisms, rewards, and motivation for teachers and scientists to have effective topics and initiatives, have articles published in prestigious international journals... In the 2023-2025 period, the Trade Union has 1,572 topics and scientific initiatives of employees recognized; 517 innovative products are effectively applied.
