Nearly 20,000 initiatives of union members bring in hundreds of billions of VND

According to the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union (VTC), in the 2023-2025 period, the movements "The whole country competes for innovation, creativity and digital transformation", "digital learning environment", "Digital transformation to work better", "Union members compete to study and research, improve professional qualifications, skills and achieve international certificates of advanced level or higher", "Each cadre, worker, 1 initiative" ... have been launched, innovated and effectively implemented by trade unions at all levels.

In the trade unions of the enterprise sector, the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" associated with professional tasks took place regularly, continuously, with focus and key points, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate, tens of thousands of initiatives were recognized and put into practice, hundreds of initiatives had the value of bringing in tens of billions of VND, and some initiatives had the value of bringing in hundreds of billions of VND.

The emulation movement "Good at public work, Good at housework", closely linking emulation movements with the implementation of gender equality, promoting the role of women in work and family; the movement "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families" aims to promote the potential, intelligence, good working spirit, and creative labor of female employees in the industry...

Emulation movements associated with the implementation of political tasks and production and business activities of agencies, units and enterprises have promoted the intelligence and creativity of union members and employees with nearly 20,000 initiatives, improvements and useful solutions recognized and put into application, benefiting hundreds of billions of VND; 44 individuals were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 42 collectives and 66 individuals were awarded in the 1 million initiatives program.

With the achievements, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor have rewarded many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor and building a strong trade union organization. At the General Confederation level, there is 1 excellent national Trade Union President, 1 individual awarded the Nguyen Van Linh Award, 1 collective and 3 individuals recognized as typical advanced models for the 2020-2025 period, 2 female union officials were awarded the 1st "Dynamic, Creative, Responsible Female Union Member" Award.

The Trade Union of Vietnam - Vietnam has honored 432 outstanding workers, 46 companions, 71 outstanding union officials; rewarded 25 collectives and 167 typical advanced individuals in the 2020-2025 period.
