Ha Tinh Garment Enterprise 10 organizes 2026 Employee Conference
Ha Tinh - Garment Enterprise 10 organizes the 2026 Employee Conference, discusses production plans and care for workers.
On February 28, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Ha Tinh Garment Enterprise 10 had just coordinated with the Board of Directors to organize the 2026 Employee Conference.
At the conference, delegates listened to reports on production and business results in 2025 and orientations and tasks for 2026; the situation of implementing the Collective Labor Agreement; solutions to improve working conditions, care for life, human resource training and use of unit funds. The conference also discussed and agreed on targets and solutions to implement the 2026 plan.
The conference elected Mr. Dang Viet Thuc and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa to attend the 2026 Corporation-level Employee Conference; and rewarded 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025.
Speaking to direct, Comrade Ngo Dinh Van, Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation, highly appreciated the achievements of the Enterprise; requested the Board of Directors and grassroots Trade Unions to continue to promote dialogue, well implement grassroots democracy regulations, and build a stable, harmonious, and sustainable working environment.
The 2026 Workers' Conference is a democratic forum, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations, towards the sustainable development of businesses.
