In case of reissuance of licenses, the application for reissuance of licenses of foreign workers

In particular, Articles 23 and 24 clearly stipulate the content of cases of reissuance of labor licenses and the dossier for requesting reissuance of labor licenses.

Article 23. Cases of reissuance of labor licenses

1. The valid labor permit is lost or damaged and cannot be used.

2. Change one of the contents stated in the valid labor license: full name and address; nationality; passport number; change the employer's name without changing the employer's identification number.

Article 24. Application for reissuance of labor licenses

1. Documents requesting re-issuance of labor licenses of employers according to Form No. 03 of the Appendix issued with this Decree.

2. 2 color photos (4 cm x 6 cm size, white background, straight face, ceiling top, no glasses).

3. Documents proving the change of content as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 23 of this Decree.

4. The labor license is valid, except in cases of loss as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 23 of this Decree.
