The time to calculate the selection of initiatives for the initiative and creativity title is from 5.2024-4.2025

To select workers and civil servants with the right subjects and standards to commend at the "Initiatives and Creativity in Workers, Civil Servants and Laborers of the Capital" Commendation Ceremony in 2025 held in October, the City Labor Federation has issued specific instructions.

The title of "Initiatives and Creativity among Workers and Civil Servants in the Capital" was awarded by the Hanoi City Labor Federation to individuals who are union members and workers working in agencies, units, schools, hospitals, research institutes, enterprises and other economic sectors who have a Trade Union organization under the Hanoi City Labor Federation.

Regarding standards, individuals or groups of individuals who are co-authors have initiatives or technical solutions, management solutions applied in practice by agencies, units, and enterprises and are able to be widely applied and disseminated in the industry or the whole city, bringing practical socio-economic efficiency recognized by competent authorities and having beneficial value.

The City Labor Federation requested the Commune and Ward Trade Unions to coordinate with local authorities to guide and direct 100% of grassroots trade unions to organize implementation, establish a Council for reviewing initiatives and technology solutions with value that ensure standards according to regulations, promptly commend and reward, and select individuals with outstanding initiatives and solutions to propose rewards at all levels.
