In October, Hanoi issued a decision to provide unemployment insurance to 5,340 people with a total support amount of 209.29 billion VND.
According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, in October 2025, the city will create jobs for 16,683 workers. There are 1,257 workers who have received jobs through job fairs, job exchanges and job introduction activities at the Hanoi Employment Service Center; 287 workers have had jobs created through labor export and 11,057 workers have had jobs created through other forms.
In October 2025, the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs issued a decision to provide unemployment insurance for 5,340 people, with a total support amount of 209.29 billion VND. 4,214 workers receiving unemployment insurance benefits were consulted and introduced to jobs; 49 people were supported to learn a trade.
By the end of October 2025, Hanoi City had created jobs for 195,558 workers, exceeding the 2025 plan by 15.7%. Of which, creating jobs for 49,360 employees from the Hanoi City budget entrusted through the Social Policy Bank with an amount of VND 4,117 billion.
In addition, 21,116 workers have had their jobs solved through consulting services, through job fairs, and job exchanges of the Hanoi Employment Service Center; 3,339 workers have had their jobs solved through labor export; 121,743 workers have had their jobs solved through other forms.
