Training on skills and methods of operation on occupational safety and hygiene

Participating were trainees who are chairmen, vice chairmen, union officials monitoring the work of legal policies of labor federations of districts, cities, towns, industrial park unions, affiliated grassroots unions and chairmen of grassroots unions where there are 300 or more workers and members of the occupational safety and hygiene network of units and enterprises in the province.

At the training course, the trainees were informed by reporters from the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor about the basic contents of the system of legal documents on labor safety and hygiene such as: Labor Code; Labor Safety and Hygiene Law and Decrees of the Government, Prime Minister's Decision related to labor safety and hygiene.

In addition, students are also able to capture the skills and methods of the staff in charge of occupational safety and sanitation; rights and responsibilities of grassroots trade unions in occupational safety and sanitation; Skills to identify and control risks at work; rights and obligations of employers and employees in complying with regulations on occupational safety and sanitation; Labor accident and occupational disease regime.

Through the training course, the trainees identified labor safety and hygiene as one of the very important contents in the process of stabilizing and developing businesses sustainably, and at the same time directly related to many benefits, care and safety for workers.
