Open in work, ensuring income for workers next year is higher than last year
As one of 67 enterprises honored in the Outstanding Enterprises for Workers 2024 program, over the years, Vietnam Trade Union Printing Joint Stock Company has always had good policies to care for and protect the rights of workers, ensuring that the welfare regime for the following year is always higher than the previous year.
Vietnam Trade Union Printing Joint Stock Company is a company under the Vietnam trade union system. In the operation of the enterprise, the Company has focused on implementing well all aspects of occupational safety and hygiene; food safety and hygiene; always paying attention to the spiritual life of workers.
In addition, the Company also strictly follows all legal regulations, the Company's leadership is always open to work, always supports and creates favorable conditions for employees, without any partiality or preference for anyone, many opinions of employees are recognized and highly appreciated by the leaders. Trade unions regularly participate in discussing business tasks with the Board of Directors, internal solidarity and unity, and the collective of staff strive for the common goal.
The company always fully implements policies and regimes for employees such as wages, bonuses, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc. The average income of employees in the year is always higher than the previous year, in 2023 it reached 13.98 million/person/month. The company also always focuses on creating conditions for staff, employees and workers to improve their professional expertise and skills. The machinery system and technical equipment are equipped with modern and synchronous equipment.
Every year, the Company organizes tours and vacations for 100% of employees; gives gifts to families of staff and employees in difficult circumstances, families of war invalids and martyrs and has many preferential policies for female employees. These activities demonstrate the careful attention of the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors to employees, contributing to encouraging the working spirit of staff and employees throughout the Company.
Mr. Ngo Dai Dong - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Trade Union Printing Joint Stock Company said that this is the second year that Vietnam Trade Union Printing Joint Stock Company has been honored in the Outstanding Enterprise for Workers program. More joy and meaning as this is the only enterprise in the Trade Union system honored at the program in 2023 and 2024.
According to Mr. Ngo Dai Dong, in addition to the collective labor agreements that the Company has implemented, the Company also has higher welfare policies for employees. "For the printing industry is a toxic industry, so in addition to the problem of employment and income for workers increasing every year, the Company is very interested in social security, welfare, and working conditions. Ensuring a green and clean working environment, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene for employees throughout their working process at the Company" - Mr. Ngo Dai Dong said.
The "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" Ranking Program is chaired by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, in coordination with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) assigned to Lao Dong Newspaper to implement since 2014.
The program selects and honors enterprises that constantly strive to improve the working environment, care for the interests and improve the material and spiritual life of workers, have higher welfare regimes than State regulations, production and business activities are always growing, tax and social insurance obligations are guaranteed to build harmonious and progressive labor relations, aiming for sustainable development in the process of integration and development.
