Number of Deputy Heads of Professional and Technical Departments under the Department from June 16, 2025
The number of Deputy Heads of the Department's expertise and operations from June 16, 2025 is based on Decree No. 150/2025/ND-CP of the Government.
Decree No. 150/2025/ND-CP of the Government (effective from June 16, 2025) stipulates the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities and People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones under provinces and centrally run cities.
Clause 2, Article 6 of the Decree stipulates the number of Deputy Heads of professional and technical departments under the department as follows:
a) Departments under the department with less than 10 civil servant positions are assigned 01 Deputy Head of Department;
b) Departments under the department with 10 to 14 civil servant positions are assigned no more than 2 Deputy Heads of Departments;
c) Departments under the department with 15 or more civil servant positions are arranged with no more than 3 Deputy Heads of Departments.
Thus, the number of Deputy Heads of Departments, expertise and profession under the department from June 16, 2025 is based on the civil servant payroll as prescribed above.
