Bonus level for those receiving the Medal for the Judicial Career from September 15
Individuals awarded the Medal for the Judicial Career from September 15 will receive a bonus based on the basic salary.
On September 5, 2025, the Minister of Justice issued Circular 14/2025/TT-BTP regulating the awarding of Commemorative Medals "For the cause of Justice", which includes regulations on the principles of consideration, awarding and the level of commemorative bonuses. The Circular takes effect from September 15, 2025.
Article 12 of the Circular stipulates the bonus level for the Commemoration Medal for the Judicial Career as follows:
1. Individuals awarded Commemorative Medals will receive commendation items, frames and accompanied by a bonus of 0.4 times the basic salary.
2. Individuals of Vietnamese people residing abroad; individuals of foreigners awarded Commemorative Medals will receive commendation items, frames and souvenirs with a value equivalent to a bonus of 0.4 times the basic salary.
Currently, the basic salary stipulated in Decree 73/2024/ND-CP is 2,340,000 VND/month.
Thus, from September 15, 2025, individuals awarded the Medal for the Judicial career will receive a bonus of: 0.4 x 2,340,000 VND = 936,000 VND.
