Hue City Labor Federation grasps the implementation of social insurance policies at enterprises
The Hue City Labor Federation worked with AMP Vietnam Garment Company Limited to grasp the implementation of social insurance policies, labor relations and trade union activities.
On September 12, the Hue City Labor Federation (Hue City Labor Federation) had a working session with the Board of Directors and the Trade Union of AMP Vietnam Garment Company Limited to grasp the implementation of social insurance (SI) policies, labor relations and trade union activities at the unit. Representatives of Phong Dien Social Insurance and Phong Thai Ward People's Committee attended.
At the meeting, the parties frankly discussed and agreed on appropriate solutions to ensure the rights of workers. The Hue City Labor Federation acknowledged the Company's cooperation in complying with social insurance policies and promptly overcoming arising problems.
The Federation recommends that businesses closely coordinate with grassroots trade unions to continue to care about workers' lives, improve the quality of shift meals, build a reasonable salary scale, promote the movement "Good workers - Creative workers" and organize grassroots trade union congresses in accordance with regulations, ensuring democracy and efficiency.
