Lam Dong launches contest to promote social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment

The launching event was held on August 6 at the Lam Dong Provincial Social Insurance Agency, with the participation of Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation - Ms. Vu Thi Oanh.

Also attending were leaders of the Propaganda Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, and representatives of the Department of Home Affairs and the provincial Department of Justice.

Here, Mr. Dang Hong Tuan - Director of Lam Dong Provincial Social Insurance - said that the contest will take place from August 6 to 30 and will summarize and award on September 8, 2025.

The goal of the contest is to raise awareness among people, workers and businesses about social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies effective from 2025.

This is a useful playground, and at the same time an effective propaganda channel, contributing to spreading social security policies to the community.

The contest will contribute to promoting the increase of the number of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment participants, aiming to ensure social security in the province, Mr. Tuan emphasized.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Vu Thi Oanh affirmed that this is a meaningful and practical activity, helping to bring policies and laws closer to businesses and workers. Thereby, contributing to building harmonious labor relations.

Ms. Oanh also said that the Provincial Federation of Labor has issued documents directing and guiding grassroots unions to propagate and disseminate the contest to union members and workers.

"We will actively propagate and mobilize union members and workers to respond, creating a vibrant movement to learn about social insurance, health insurance and unemployment policies," she emphasized.
